1.The vacuum vibration hydraulic pressing machine system consists of press host, vibration system, hydraulic system, vacuum system and so on. The host consists of base, bridge column and hydraulic cylinder, sealing frame and so on. This structure is more convenient for assembling, dissembling and repair maintenance. The hydraulic system include four big hydraulic cylinders. There are totally 10 sets 10kw vibration motors (for 760x2440mm size is 8 sets 2.2KW vibration motors, for 1250x3250mm is 6 sets 7.5KW vibration motors.), 5 coupling together, the vibration force is totally 900KN, so totally vibration pressure together hydraulic and vacuum barometric pressure can arrive about 150tons. The vacuum system include hydraulic vacuum pump and two filter tanks.
2. Simple operation, vibration motors are on top of the pressing machine, which is easy to inspected by eye, low failure rate, simple structure design, low maintenance.
3. The thickness of finished slabs change from 10mm to 30mm, the max size of the finished slab is 760x2440mm, 1250x3250mm and 1650x3250mm for smaller size slab manufacturing, it can be adjusted without changing the mold. It is easy to operation.
4. Vacuum room of the machine is very small, which shorten the time of vacuum efficiently (can reach -0.1MP less than 1 minute), the productivity is greatly improved.
5. According to the difference in the thickness of slabs, the vibrating time and frequency can be set freely, generally 2-5 minutes is enough.
6. This machine has special damping device so can be put to concrete floor directly, no need strict big strict concrete basement, some machine installed to the concrete basement directly by bolt, if installed by bolt to basement, the basement will be crack easily. Our machine don’t have this disadvantage.
7. Hydraulic motor power: 7.5KW. Hydraulic pump use water cooling system.
8. Vacuum pump we adopt 2H-150 type, motor power 15KW, this pump has high vacuum degree and can make the machine arrive -0.1MPA vacuum degree less than 20 seconds.
8. The quartz stone slab whole machine line include: 1. Mixing system, 2. Vacuum hydraulic vibration pressing machine line, 3. Cutting, calibrating and polishing machine line, 4. Waxing and lamination machine line.
